NEWSDAY WANTS A PART 2! Wear your Feteness shirt and bring your flag! Class will be recorded by a Newsday videographer.

What to bring: Water, a flag to rep where you're from

What to wear: Athletic clothing & sneakers

Check-in time: 7:25-7:30pm

Class instruction starts at 7:30pm

Please consult your doctor/physician before participating in any fitness activity. You must complete our Health Waiver & Video/Photo Release Form (in your order confirmation email) to participate in class. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the class/event and some photographs/videos will be posted on our web site, social media accounts and newsletter.
