FETENESS® class duration: 55 minutes
What to bring: Water, a flag to rep where you're from
What to wear: Athletic clothing & sneakers
Check-in time: 7:10-7:15pm
Class instruction starts at 7:15pm
Please consult your doctor/physician before participating in any fitness activity. You must complete our Health Waiver & Video/Photo Release Form (in your order confirmation email) to participate in class. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the class/event and some photographs/videos will be posted on our web site, social media accounts and newsletter.
