Member Information Requirement

All members must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and signing up for classes, including their legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID. This information is required for attendance, membership, waiver and billing records.

 

We may request updated information or pause participation if account details are incomplete or inaccurate.

 

Studio Access & Check-In

You are welcome to enter the studio 15 minutes before class start time. Please arrive 5 minutes early for check-in so we can begin class promptly and without interruption. For security and to support class flow, studio doors may be locked while class is in session. If you're running late, please contact us.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance of class start time for a class credit to be used within 14 days. No class credit if you "no show" or cancel your booking within 24 hours of class start time. No refunds unless class is canceled by Feteness. In the event class is canceled by us, you can choose to receive a refund or a class credit.

 

No refunds on class packages.
