THE FETENESS RETREAT
RETREAT TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

This Agreement is entered into between the Participant and FETENESS LLC (“Organizer”).

By submitting a deposit and/or participating in the retreat, the Participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. RETREAT PACKAGE

The retreat package includes accommodations, scheduled fitness activities, designated group experiences, excursions listed in the retreat materials, and any inclusions specifically outlined by the Organizer, FETENESS LLC.

The retreat package does not include airfare, travel insurance, passport fees, personal expenses, optional activities, souvenirs, gratuities, or items not expressly listed as included.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit of $299 is required to reserve a space.

Participants selecting a payment plan agree to make all scheduled payments by their due dates.

All balances must be paid in full no later than January 15, 2027.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.

3. ROOM ASSIGNMENTS

Room assignments are made by the Organizer, FETENESS LLC, based on booking category and availability.

Participants selecting double occupancy may request a roommate. If a roommate cannot be secured, the Participant may be responsible for any applicable occupancy adjustment.

4. ITINERARY CHANGES

FETENESS LLC reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, venues, instructors, excursions, transportation providers, or other retreat components due to weather, safety concerns, supplier changes, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

No refunds will be issued for reasonable itinerary modifications.

5. FITNESS PARTICIPATION

Participant understands that fitness, dance fitness, movement classes, hiking, excursions, and related activities involve inherent risks.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

Participant certifies that they are physically able to participate and have consulted a medical professional if necessary.

6. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Participants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining:

- Valid passport
- Travel documents
- Entry requirements
- Health documentation, if applicable

Participants are responsible for their own airfare arrangements.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is not included.

FETENESS LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical coverage, emergency medical evacuation, and travel delay protection.

8. LIABILITY RELEASE

Participant acknowledges that FETENESS LLC acts solely as a coordinator of services provided by third-party suppliers including hotels, transportation providers, excursion operators, restaurants, and activity vendors.

Participant releases and holds harmless FETENESS LLC from claims arising from acts, omissions, negligence, delays, injuries, losses, accidents, illness, property damage, travel disruptions, or supplier-related incidents except where prohibited by law.

9. PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

Participant grants permission for photographs and video recordings taken during the retreat to be used for promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. CODE OF CONDUCT
 

FETENESS LLC reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, abusive, or negatively impacts the experience of other Participants.

No refund shall be issued in such cases.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizer, FETENESS LLC, shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, modifications, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, hurricanes, severe weather, government actions, public health emergencies, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or acts of God.

By submitting payment, Participant acknowledges acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
