THE FETENESS RETREAT CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable.
Because the Organizer, FETENESS LLC, enters into financial commitments with hotels, transportation providers, excursion vendors, and other suppliers, no exceptions will be made except as required by law.

Participant Cancellation Schedule:
- More than 180 days before retreat start date:
Payments beyond the $299 deposit may be refunded, less any unrecoverable supplier costs.
- 179 to 90 days before retreat start date:
50% of amounts paid beyond the deposit may be eligible for refund.
- Less than 90 days before retreat start date:
No refunds.

Transfer Policy:

Participant may request to transfer their reservation to another eligible individual subject to FETENESS LLC approval and supplier restrictions.

Any transfer fees imposed by suppliers shall be the responsibility of the Participant.

Missed Payments:

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Payments already received may be forfeited.

Travel Insurance:

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, illness, family emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be provided for missed flights, airline disruptions, weather delays, illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances outside the Organizer, FETENESS LLC's control.
