About the Class
FETENESS® class duration: 55 minutes
What to bring: Water, a flag to rep where you're from, a yoga mat/towel for floor exercises
What to wear: Athletic clothing & sneakers
Check-in time: 7:00-7:15pm
Class instruction starts at 7:15pm
Please consult your doctor/physician before participating in any fitness activity. Please complete our Health Waiver & Video/Photo Release Form in your order confirmation email to participate in class. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the class/event and some photographs/videos will be posted on our web site, social media accounts and newsletter.
