FETENESS® Presents Unwine! In this alluring, low-impact workout, you will strengthen & sculpt your body to the sweet sounds of groovy soca, lover's rock, reggae, konpa, zouk & more while enhancing your wining techniques!
*This class is for ages 21 and up.
What to wear: Athletic clothing. This is a no-shoes workout. You can be barefoot or wear yoga/pilates socks with grips.
What to bring: Yoga/fitness mat, water & a flag to rep where you're from
Please arrive 5 minutes before class for check-in.
